We've developed six working groups led by nannies & au pairs in our network to help us better support one another.
We provide access to free and fair support, we help with general advice, employment queries, immigration, and more.
We provide skill-share workshops, first aid training, and more to help nannies and au pairs feel confident in their work.
Union membership gives us legal representation, employment support, English classes, and the opportunity to build campaigns.
We provide hardship grants and emergency housing to nannies & au pairs in, or at imminent risk of, financial hardship or homelessness.
We provide free downloadable resources such as contract templates and we also sign-post to resources from like-minded groups.
We run regular online and in-person meet-ups and activities in a warm and welcoming environment so that nannies & au pairs can meet each other.
We are a non-profit organisation led by and for nannies, and are always looking for people who can help support our community.
